Heydrich Reinhard
Head of the Security Police and SD. On 21 September 1939 Heydrich was responsible for the order to establish the ghettos in eastern Europe. In July 1941, Göring instructed him to make preparations for the 'final solution of the Jewish question.' The Wannsee Conference, in January 1942, was convened by Heydrich who was overseeing the plans of the Final Solution - the mass murder of all the Jews in Europe. On 29 May 1942, Czech partisans bombed his car. He died a week later from his injuries.
